At Xtroniq Innovation, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in Website Development, App Development, Marketing, Branding, and E-Commerce Marketing. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our offerings. However, due to the nature of our services and the significant time and resources involved, our refund policy is outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

    1.    Project Non-Completion: Refunds will only be initiated if the project is not completed within the agreed timeframe or scope. The refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 to 10 working days from the agreed project completion date.
    2.    Signed Agreements: Once a project has been started and an agreement has been signed between Xtroniq Innovation and the client, no refund will be issued. This is because we will have already invested resources, time, and manpower towards the completion of your project.
    3.    Change of Scope: If there are any significant changes to the project scope initiated by the client after the project has started, additional charges may apply. These changes will not entitle the client to a refund under the original agreement.

Refund Process

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or as agreed between both parties.
