At Xtroniq Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality development services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes clients may need to cancel their project or request a refund. Therefore, we have developed the following Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel their project, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. If development has already started, we will deduct a cancellation fee of 40% from the total project cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the client. This is because our team has already invested time and resources into the project.
We require an advance payment of 40% of the total project cost to begin development. This payment is non-refundable, as it covers the costs of planning, design, and development.
Once the project has been completed and delivered to the client, there will be no refunds or cancellations. However, if the client requires minor changes to the project, we will be happy to make them at no additional cost.
If the client requires major changes to the project after it has been completed, we will charge an additional fee based on the features requested. The cost of these changes will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the changes and the time required to implement them.
We believe in maintaining transparent communication with our clients. Therefore, we will keep the client informed throughout the development process, and we will seek their approval at every milestone.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. If a client has any concerns or issues with the project, we encourage them to communicate with us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to their satisfaction.
